Well the weather is still pants here, wet with high winds and the garden has taken a real beating. Hence thoughts of sunny vacations and how to fake that feeling!
Started the day with the normal bombshell spell, then made a lovely smoothie.
250ml coconut milk
1 banana (frozen is best but not essential)
Handful of spinach
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp maca powder
1 scoop protein powder
Whizz it all up and let it sit for 5 min for the chia seeds to swell. Lovely!
Ok now to book that trip!
